Jaida has a proven track record of surpassing owner-established goals and maintaining consistent communication with project teams. She also has hands-on experience conducting health, safety, environmental inspections, as well as guiding trade contractors to exceed sustainability construction standards. Her extensive experience, deep technical knowledge, and industry expertise make her a trusted leader in the field.

Jaida is not just a sustainability consultant but also a dedicated Earth

steward. Her active membership in local industry working groups is a

testament to her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and supporting her community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in

architecture from Cornell University and lives in Atlanta with her four

children.
